Go from Stuck to Savage in 3 Minutes



What’s that you say? You’re STUCK? #2020 🙅🏻‍♀️



Well babe, a new year is upon us and it is time to get our sh*t straight! 🙏



Sometimes life doesn’t go as we had planned, but if there’s one thing I truly believe - it’s that life doesn’t give us more than we can handle.


Everything we experience shapes us, and we get to choose how we emerge from all the chaos.


So what do you choose?


I choose to do my greatest things and be my best self moving forward - and because you’re awesome, I know you do too!



What else do YOU wanna make happen?


Step 1:

Do this exercise with me: Write down all your goals, aspirations and dreams.


Don’t be shy! The sky is the limit….all your wildest dreams can come true, so let it out as you write.


Do you want a beach house where you can lay in your favorite hammock sipping cocktails all day?

Do you want to travel the world?

Do you want to have the coziest home with your sweet little family?

Do you want to finally freakin’ fall in love with yourself for who you are, live unapologetically and create the art you know you were designed to share with the world?


To all of these I say: HECK YESSSS!!!!!



EVERYTHING you want is valid, and EVERYTHING you want is attainable. But you can’t make any of it happen if you don’t think about it, A LOT!


Now, take your loving list of dreams and put it everywhere.


Screenshot it and make it your computer background or screen saver.

Write it on your bathroom mirror (make sure you’re using a dry erase marker 😉)

Read it every night before you go to bed and every morning when you wake up.


Step 2:

And repeat after me (out loud, as many times as you can in a day feeling every ounce of truth as you say it):


“I live with love and light and exist to make this world a better place. I am capable, awesome, and savage! I deserve everything I desire and then some and through my efforts I will fulfill my life’s purpose. I love myself, I am grateful for everything I have, and excited about everything that is in my future.”




Now, let’s talk a bit about the one thing that makes EVERYTHING else possible: your physical vessel (I’m talking about your bodacious body - or maybe those few extra lbs you’ve acquired (no thanks to your signature Quarantini’s)


Your bod is SO important as it helps you do all the things that get you to your finish line dream life! Unfortunately, your body is often the most neglected 😫



HOW do you expect to manifest all your wildest dreams and make the most of yourself when your body is flapping around behind you like a worn out wind kite? 🤷🏽‍♀️


It’s about time we start seriously taking better care of ourselves and ESPECIALLY our bodies! Ya feel me?



Most of us dread “working out” because of the lies society has fed us that we have taken as truth. We think we have to painstakingly live on the treadmill or spend all our waking energy pumping iron to see any real results.


I have news for ya - that whole “you have to work out for X amount of minutes to see X result” is a lie. In fact, I can help you feel results in just 3 minutes.
