SINCE YOU'RE CURIOUS ABOUT MY STORY...
LET ME TELL YOU A BIT ABOUT ME
I grew up in the MidWest where I started dancing at age 7. I had two left feet & the worst rhythm in my class, but I stuck with it! At age 18 I moved to LA to pursue a career as a professional dancer. Since then, I've been in movies, music videos, on television & in commercials. I've been teaching, choreographing & performing around the world for more than 15 years & have experience in many styles of dance, theatre, circus, acro, partner, yoga, fitness & pilates.
MY JAM
I started MyMovementality because I want to help people.
I knew that after the mental, physical & emotional obstacles I'd overcome in my personal life & professional career that I was in a place where I could be of service to others like me & had a responsibility to share everything I'd learned!
For a majority of my adult life, I doubted myself & my abilities. I had a low self-image & felt stuck in a state of inadequacy. I'd been the face of numerous modeling campaigns & publications & still didn't feel beautiful. I'd been dancing most of my life, & even after years of training, found it difficult to share my work with others. Despite my accomplishments, I was unhappy with myself & seriously lacking self love & care.
For years I worked with mindful movement and mentality to ditch my old struggle-bus self, & finally re-emerged the shiniest, happiest, most fulfilled version of me.
MOVEMENT helped me break barriers, live authentically, unapologetically & with the greatest freedom I'd ever known.
HOW AWESOME IS THAT!?
