How To Feel Motivated Enough To Actually Get In 10 Minutes of Exercise

“I’d work out, but I just don’t feel like it.”

Sound familiar?

This is probably the most common excuse for lack of physical activity, but it doesn’t have to be!

Today, I’m going to show you exactly how I kick this lazy ass way of thinking and the quick, easy, painless, and super fun way to get yourself motivated enough to do just 10 minutes of exercise.

10 minutes may lead to more (which is ahhh-mazing), but let’s face it: you’re busy AF and you need some physicality in your life, but you just don’t have a ton of time.

I am the queen of #fastfitness and motivating thousands to get off their couches and get moving in a way that they actually love and can’t get enough of!

Let me show you the way…🤝

There are only 3 things you need in a workout:

#1 Mindset

One of the most important things you need to know in life is this:

If it feels like a party, it is a party! 🎉

This goes for absolutely everything you do, especially working out!

Think about it - if you can make everything you do feel FUN, you’ll actually enjoy doing it, and do more of it!💡

If you set yourself up to think that instead of “working out” 😖 you get to have a big ol’ party with your bad self 😃, you totally change things!

It’s a matter of mindset, along with a couple other tips to make your epic party the VIP event that you deserve…

#2 Music

Music is my lifeline!

Music has gotten me through the best and worst times in my life and it is the 1 thing that can immediately change my mood, brighten my day, and get me off my ass and bouncing around playing air guitar 🎸

I guarantee you there’s no way you can put on your favorite song ever and sit completely still and not feel awesome while listening to it, amiright!?

So, make a playlist of your most fave hype music that makes you wanna get on up off yer booty and get down with your bad self!

When it’s time to party, crank that ish!

#3 Moves

No party is complete without dancing (no good party anyway 😉)

If you have #1 (mindset) and #2 (music), this one should come pretty easily.

It’s time to MOVE, baby!

Move it like ya mean it.

You like to move it move it!

Move it or lose it!

….You name it!

You are now the move master of your very own party and it’s the best one you’ve ever been to!

The important thing here is that you don’t hold back, but that you let loose and let your freak flag fly! Seriously, let it all out. Channel your emotions and everything going on and dance it out!

You get to dance yourself clean 🧼
